Organizational survey?

I don't know how your copier works, but I don't have to log into mine! Last time I checked, it doesn't finger print or have a red light camera either.......Why so nasty? I was trying to offer up a solution for anonymity! These boards are supposed used to be useful......

For those who haven't taken it, be warned that at the very end they ask you for your email address so they can send you a submission receipt. Have a burner email address handy.

They also ask enough about your location and department to narrow pin you down a little to closely. On question #2 and #3, choose Other and fill in decline.

THIS IS MIS-iINFORMATION! They ask for your email address if you try to SAVE it to go back later to finish it. They'll send you the link to your not finished survey.

If you are SUBMITTING, hit the FINISH button. Ot does not ask for your email or any other information.

STOP WITH THE SCARE TACTICS!!!! Noone said this was mandatory. If you don't want to participate, then don't!

For you constant complainers and crybabies who are tying to turn this into some kind of conspiracy, please note that most companies do these. Its sent through a third party and done for our benefit.

Good grief. Some of you are really grasping at straws here. Very immature of you. Grow up! You are an adult-act like one!

No, I'm not in HR. Im in the field. Sales. Just tired of seeing the crap, the lies, and the fear mongering. No need for it. If you don't want to do the survey, don't do it-but why the lies? There's no reason for it.

IMMATURITY! If you don't like it here, move on. Quit trying to ruin it for the rest of us.

Ah, sales - that explains why you don't see what's going on. Fat Mike needs you to continue shlepping the products, so the sales organization is shielded from what is going on behind the scenes, which at B&L includes major cuts in R&D, IT, etc., etc. You start cutting those, what do you think happens?

I know, some might say there was fat there, but there have been numerous cuts at B&L in recent years (remember project "flatten and broaden"?). Those cuts did away with a lot of the fat, and really made us quite lean. Thus the great turnaround we were experiencing just before Fat Mike got his grubby hands on us.

Anyway, open your eyes - you might think that if you are selling product you are safe, but the entire business model is not sustainable (really, it isn't). Start looking now, and have an out ready. Two years tops - if this Allergan thing flops, much sooner and Valeant is history. Just a suggestion....

Yep. Before flatten and broaden, we had project simplify and before that was project competitiveness and 4-walls. B&L is now an anorexic version of its former self. There's nothing left to squeeze out. Only maybe bust us up and sell off the pieces. Sad way to go, like taking a classic muscle car and hacking it to pieces with a torch and trying to get the pawn dealer to give you some money for a molten piece of goo with the edges all burnt & crispy.
