Organ Health Specialist Job Philadelphia

Depends on your current situation—if you have a job and team you enjoy I wouldn’t touch Natera due to the group of jokers running Natera Organ Health. It’s a competitive space and increasingly challenging reimbursement. Horrible micromanagement and frankly the pay isn’t worth it.

If however you aren’t working and need to feed your kids move forward and try to jump ship like everyone else here.

Can anyone provide me some insight on how this job is ? What is the division / pay like and should I entertain a call with recruiter or dismiss ?

So that market has been maxed out on its potential. The representative that covered it did very well so growth potential is not great. Any upside is most likely going to be divided between the NJ and NYC specialists. Natera has maxed out its Prospera business (reimbursement took a huge blow with the coverage change as well as the ending of the Proactive study which essentially was just a free test scam). Renasight is still not covered so who knows what’s going to happen. You also have a first time manager running things that struggled to sell anything themselves.

The money is gone and I wouldn’t be shocked if Natera were to dissolve the OH business unit down the road. Natera also has the most toxic culture I have ever been a part of in my career. Good luck!
