Organ Health Opening

I was contacted regarding an Organ Health rep opening. What's the scoop?

-Great products.
-Competitive base salary.
-Highly micromanaged role.
-Aggressive goals.
-Very pharma culture.
-90% first time RDs.
-Less than 10% of the saleforce hit 100% PTQ for the year.
-50% of the salesforce did not sniff a single commission.

If you are in a bad situation give it a shot. If you like the job you have, I would wait it out for a better opportunity. I hope this was fair and informative.

Micromanaged is an understatement. Definitely brought me back to pharma days. Only do it if you can live off of your base because you may not see commission for a while.. comp structure could definitely be improved

I project layoffs of 25% - 50% in 2022. Not a sustainable business unit. Also now with the current issues faced with WH and the 1.7B market cap hit so much uncertainty. The reality of the situation in OH is you are selling a me too cfDNA test along with a genetic test that isn’t covered my Medicare. The division is bleeding.

Typical attrition in OH runs 30% every year due to the IC plan that incentivizes ProActive territories. Impossible to hit target for either product otherwise…anyone who has opportunities trying to get the hell out

OH and Oncology suffering from the f ups in WH... destroyed what could have been. Competitors taking notes
