Has upper management forgotten who keeps the light on here at SUN? In every division? Well it ain’t upper management...it’s the TM’s. But when the shit hits the fan and numbers tank, who gets called out? You guesses it...the TMs. Point being this. TM’s know WAY MORE about what is needed in the field, how to get a script and the easiest and best way to pull it through. SUNs biggest problems aren’t the drugs we sell, OR the TMs. SUN’s biggest problems are the Circus Clowns in HO sitting around trying to figure out WHY the ship hasn’t left the harbor. When you idiots at HO ask for a TMs viewpoint, input and what strategies would be best (ie: MKT pieces), then don’t listen, wtf even ask us? SUNs competition is NOT competing products. It’s HO.

GTFOH with your comment. Read the first post! To sell TMs need support (Qualified, Personable, Responsive, FRMs and MSLs that will actually leave their home and a 30 mile radius), more marketing pieces, get the darn Hub fixed, bring the specialty pharmacies up to speed (what happened to that person?), maybe give us true territory goals (can’t have same numbers for ex Dallas & Jersey vs smaller markets), and fix corporate reputation. Fix the damn joke of Sun’s LinkedIn, US market people! TMs have had it.

I could add more but we all know it’s bad except for HO. They keep pointing fingers at TMs and then RSM feels heat and we get it from them too.
Certain RSMs have their favorites too. Some TMs don’t have an MSL, FRM, zero support. At meeting they need to have a TM session. To protect TMs, questions & comments could be submitted anonymously and have to be addressed or answered on stage. I for one would appreciate things being addressed. Take accountability KF, AG (quit please), RSMs, FRM and MSL heads, government accounts...line those overpaid asshats on stage and let it begin or sit in back of room like you normally do dodging everyone. Spineless!!

Time for a lot of change and that starts with Abhay. How can he look himself in the mirror each day as he falls deeper into the hole of failure.
