Again I question why they have people ordering and the cars come in 8-12 weeks just when the layoffs are going to occur. WHy don't they just wait until everything shakes out and then order cars or see what cars are still in the fleet

Fleet here...we have precautions in place...don't worry about it.

This is true! Happened to me last year as well. Never got the email.. called fleet..called my manager.. everyone played dumb.

I also got laid-off last year and the same thing happended to me. Maybe you should listen more and get prepared for the Aftershock that will hit. Denial is everyones worst enemy.
