Pharma should have never split force into an OD sales force. Stupid. 10 reps have called on the same docs over the past 10 years, why would you want to be another rep selling weaker me too products. you have absolutely nothing new to tell them. Ok Kathy. you're an idiot. every thing I said was true. I've been top in the nation and I can say tt's all a joke. Rankings always were. Luck of the draw and the quota. At least it used to be luck, before KK and PS started rigging it for their friends.

Go ahead and astonish me with the great rep that you are. Tell me something I don't know about your products. Tell me something new I haven't heard over and over again for the past decade about the products. The new products are even old news now. None of them are first line choices for the overwhelming vast majority of MDs and they never will be, even when they go off patent and that tells you everything you need to know.

I'm not even there anymore, but I Love to come on the board and see what BS management is trying to spin control and occasionally answer some people's questions honestly. you sound like an idiot management drone. B&L is a last place loser in ophthalmics, especially pharma. go get a real job. Make some real money. Stop trying to lure people in to the churn and burn joke of the industry. Your average rep has less than 2 years longevity. That's a joke in a ophthalmics. Those with longevity are either stuck or milking it. The person looking into the company deserves to know the truth.

B&L is trading on an old name, and just like Sears, the glory days are gone and the store is shutting down.

There are a number of them that are that bad. No ophthalmic experience. Management robots, reach and frequency, swot analysis, big pharma 101 losers. One of the worse pharma job out there.
 


















Rudy wouldn't know his left foot from his right, although this may be due entirely to the fact that he hasn't seen them since he was two.

Awwwww.... poor Rudy. He used to be running the IT department 4 years back and is one of the last few remaining "Before the PS and KK apocolypse" employees. I know he moved back to corporate but he needed to keep his paycheck so he sold out to PS and KK. I miss the guy- he was a nice guy. Maybe things have changed.

you were already told the job is a joke. Yet you persist. So you obviously want to be told the job is great so you can take it, probably because you hate your current job or you are going to be fired and need a job.

If you are not working and need a pay check, then take it.
If you are going to be fired and need a job then take it.

If you are gainfully employed and looking for a better job, do not take it.
If you have any self respect do not take it.
If you enjoy a nice corporate culture, do not take it.
If you want to sell something brand new they have never seen before, do not take it.
If you want to work for a leader in ophthalmics, do not take it.
