Opportunity or Big Risk?

Interviewing for the Wound Care division for Santyl. Seems like a great opportunity. Need some honest feedback. It looks like there has been lots of changes. I'm not desperate and I have a successful track record. Any honest feedback out there?
 






If you are not desperate, do not pursue. This division is a continual train wreck. Quarterly payouts of commissions, if there are any, pile upon pile of reporting, truly clueless upper mngmt. Was once a great Division, but the guy from France and his sidekick have plowed this into a nowhere but to go but down position.
 


















Because nobody wants to be part of this mess. You will be very upset in a few months you wasted your time. nothing but broken promises and constant lies about products, even to the FDA.
 






HUGE risk. Santyl is not hard to sell, so if you want an easy job come on - but the culture is REALLY BAD. New management about a year and 3 months in is killing the company. Bad numbers this year will turn into pure misery next year.
 






It's just glorified pharma. Wound care is interesting and santyl is an easy sell. But the expectations for the other peoduct seem unrealistic and full bonus therefore unattainable. I am doubting my choice to come here and it's only been a year. I think everyone is trying to move in on wound care and this big pharma take isn't necessarily the right approach. If you're happy where you are at stay there. That's genuine feedback

Reimbursement is a joke. Medical supply houses even have them on Amazon. $296+$5 delivery or $330 and free delivery. Overpriced OTC band aide
