I had a recruiter reach out to me regarding a TM spot with Bard in the Davol division. I was told that at plan is $150k with top reps making over $300k. From my quick research it looks like Covidien / Medtronic and Stryker play in this arena.

How established is bard in this space? Leadership, company culture, etc? What is a realistic first year expected income?
