hahahaha.....I love the shareholder letter that states that Sanofi is being "opportunistic" in it's tender offer for Genzyme like it's a dirty word. If I ever heard one word floated around Genzyme with pride it was the word "opportunistic". What an exponential level of hypocritical bullshit. Get a fucking high price assholes so I can cash out of this hell hole of lost idealism.

And by the way, as a shareholder, I wonder if Genzyme upper management would consider a pay cut to help meet earnings? oh....duh...the golden showers. Those of us sweating in the trenches should be so lucky.

"Opportunistic" means Sanofi didn't wait 5 years to fix the problems that Genzyme's had for the last 10 years. I can just see executives jumping around saying "It's not fair!"
