I feel like the gal at the end of a parade scooping up the horse shit that was dumped on the road. Our job has shifted from selling to fixing all the problems of all other departments. Then to dock our pay because of Mi is where I draw the line.

B21 has been after me for over two years with higher base pay and now throwing equity at me to make up for the RSU’s I have here. My team is great, my RD is awesome, my AD doesn’t have a clue but I am tired of what this job has evolved into.

Seems like this is the time to jump ship.

Personally I look for three things in any position. Compensation, career path, and work life balance. If you have all three you have hit the jackpot! Natera is 0/3 and if I was in your position I would take it.

Adios Natera! I have had many conversations with my top accounts and with b21 and I’ll be starting just after q2 commissions are paid. Then I will pull over my top accounts. Thanks Natera for teaching me to always look out for numero uno!

The systems are a dumpster fire. The fact that every POS in other depts can give work to sales to do shows you what puss the leaders are.

Bingo!!!!!! gotta hand it to Steve though. Getting rid of Bob was a great move cause we haven’t had problems in the lab for months. Now he just needs to go thru the rest of the company and they just may turn this ship around.
 


















Yeah, go work for Progenity 2.0 and as soon as Myriad comes out with their sgNIPT they will fold in about 6 months. Smart. The reason they are hiring so many reps and throwing money around like drunken sailors is because they are doing everything they can to mitigate the coming tsunami. Go to b20, by the time you figure out what you’re doing they will be starting the first round of layoffs. Maybe see if Dunder Mifflin is hiring next! Paper is the way of the future!

- forced dinner programs
- my god the success emails

These are all things you do for a competitor that is going out of business before the end of the year!

Don’t forget to promote all the people that have either not improved a thing or made things worse. Let’s also give Phil a round of applause. His criminal behavior wiped stock to half the value thanks to the short sale report and he’s still in charge making a shitty place worse on the daily.

It’s the truth! Take a look at the ranking report and how much Natera pays their top reps. Ain’t no way BTO can compete with that plus the RSU’s.

my opinion is this place ain’t perfect and Phil is a fuck and pete is a pussy but I am making great $$$ and bto wont be around much longer.
