Looking for honest info, not keyboard warrior answers. Can anyone provide feedback about culture, product quality and physician adoption, benefits, rep day to day, etc at Genetech?

Mature product, still has some life to it
Culture has "evolved". Still a good group of people considering the reorganization, the number of new hires and changes across management
Good pipeline
Small sales team - "optimized size",
Great benefits, amongst best in industry
Beats the heck out of coordinating every hour of your day with 10 other oncology reps!

Franchise is on life support. Reps aren't making much if any bonus. Management team is lousy, arrogant, some have personality issues, and don't care about setting goals realistically. Next product might be years away. Weakest franchise in the entire company. Might be better to have cancer than to be there.

Look on the bright side, soon you'll be able to get biosiml Avastin. That'll be the final dagger to the heart.

Some of your points are relatively true, however, did you really say it "Might be better to have cancer"? Really? I work on the team, have dealt with a personal cancer scare and wouldn't wish it on anyone.... I'm happy to work with this team, even with the changes over the past year +, and have no plans to leave.
