Is it a coincidence that Castle happens to do so well in states that lead the nation in prescription drug abuse, narcotic script writing, and opiate related death? I wonder how many of these clinics were Castle clinics? Anyone know?

If someone thinks they can get rich selling drugs, then the Castle model is right for them.

I just want to point out that the people posting on this thread were right about Castle. We tried and tried to say that the expectations were unrealistic. Now we see the article where the physicians are accused of ordering many more tests then were necessary and points out that direct bill is not illegal in Alabama. The number of tests that were being run through Castle from these physicians is not a real picture of the toxicology industry. They were taking this unrealistic situation and trying to make it a model.

The company provides zero data as far as reporting goes to their sales force. The company is either building up to sell or is making as much as possible and will file for bankruptcy. They push hard for us to meet these minimums because they've never had the capitol to expand. There is no other realistic explanation for the hire and fire before benefits and unemployment kick in, for the standardized budgets we have for expenses that do not change per region, and for the fact that the company is making most of it's profits in the states that are committing the most opiate fraud.

I googled pain doctors arrested in Alabama. I read some crazy stuff. I expected any minute to have an excerpt from Hunter S. Thompson. Dawm, I feel like the 70's are back, Man!

Very true. Especially LP, CB, and Rob. Because they had no background or understanding of the medical field. Not testing enough can be bad. Too much testing, especially when direct billing, worse.
