Operating at a loss for at least two consecutive years

Why should I buy stock in this company? It has been operating at a loss for at least two consecutive years of 129 million in 2011 and 68 million in 2012.

This shows poor management. B+L should be operating with less people to make sure the books balance and the company can make a profit. Why leave the layoffs to the next guy. Private equity firms are suppose to fix things prior to going public with an IPO.

Why keep laying off the field sales when they are the ones bringing in the money? Lay off the very over paid management and corporate yahoos who keep bone sucking dry this company by making consistently wrong business decisions! From the top down.

They keep laying off the field reps because they need people to be oblivious of how screwed up management is. The reps that have been there for too many years will be able to see clearly how bad this company is run from the top down. By getting fresh blood in the sales team management can flush out those reps that know too much about this screwed up company.

I don't care either way but without seeing full statements it's hard to tell what net loss means. The important number is operating income. For all we know they could be carrying losses forward from prior years for tax purposes. It's not enough information to go on. Plus when you calculate EPS net income number is not used so really net income is not that important. They could actually be doing it smart and minimizing tax impact.
