We HAVE to have more openings, correct?

I noticed that too. Also looks like they changed the "category" that RM falls under to like Operations or something. I thought that was a little weird too.

You are reading into things way too much. If you were to look back at job postings over the past year - there have always been issues with postings- like numerous jobs posted for the same opening> A senior and regular representative but only 1 job. I think it probably has to do more with the time of the year, available training classes- probably end of the year budgets, and the also the new One Shire.
Im sure there will plenty of job postings, in all divisions in Q1.
