Opening in Ocala

Have you not read any of the other threads on this board? Bayer is about to undergo a major restructuring and layoff. The likelihood that a new position stays open is very slim. If you do get a chance to interview, just know that people that take jobs during times like this have been let go without even making through orientation training.

Have been reading about the changes but have they said it’s in your division? I would think just in crops division that is lacking revenue bc of roundup litigations, not your division.

Thanks for the intel… I’ll be applying for the GSK position as well. Kerendia sounds promising with new indications so hopeful that your division doesn’t get hit hard. How are goals/ baseline?

I’m interested in the Ocala territory…anyone have thoughts on the territory or manager?
The manager is not very well liked by his team. He requires them to memorize his messaging, and keeps them on the phone for 1-2 hour conversations a couple times per week. He is not someone that is open to questions, in my opinion, a big reason his team is at the bottom of the barrel is due to his constant harassment. In addition, that territory is dominated by managed medicare practices, where Kerendia is not on formulary, or there is a step edit where provider must use another drug first, and the offices are capitated. The previous rep was very good, the territory might not really be viable until there is better insurance coverage.
