The manager for the area in Maryland is a "Line Supervisor" not a leader. Is afraid to go against the status quo. His idea of leadership is to go around with a check list and enforce what ever Sam wants. He will tell you to do something because "Sam said", Sam wants" or it's "SAM direction". His style is to Micromanage. Just think about this, in less than a year 5 reps resigned. You don't have to be to intelligent to figure this out. Its not the company (Company is great), its the manager and his boss. When you interview just ask the manager how many turn over he had last year. If he is honest he will tell you and ask him why did they leave. Judge by your self.
