What happen with EP region? Less than a year in the Job leading the team and already 4 resignations and on FIRED? Who's to blame EP or PS? Who runs the show, ED or PS? Is this a signal that ED is not a good manager, makes bad decisions or is a YES Man to PS?

EP is a yes man to PS. PS runs show which makes him king of the shit show. PS is reason DC rep got fired. VA and DC territories will now be on 3rd rep. EP had 3 resign, DC fired under his watch for bogus trumped up reasons, and another rep now out on leave. There are good people on that team but they've been dealt so many blows I feel for them. They had 2 TMs resign before drug launched, former RSM left, then interim RSM was assigned then she resigned, then original former RSM swooped in & took his 2 friends/TMs with him, then three went out on leave with legit tough reasons whose territories were then left uncovered for 3 months and that's on RSM EP. MSL resigned, their FRM resigned and no support given. This team literally begged for help and got nothing. Look no hate here. I hope things turn around for them and EP tells PS to F off. I think as long as PS has EP by the nuts they are F'd.
