Make this company a last resort.... It's not what they tell you. If you are using it for 12 to 18 months it is perfect. Leadership is questionable and ethics concern me!
 




































If you are ok with being held to the highest degree of accountability and are willing to risk your career and all ethics to get the job done - then this is the company for you. If the FDA is not investigating the sales and marketing teams and our practices here, well then, they should be!!!! I made the biggest mistake leaving a really rewarding position, good money and a normal life to come here. I have had some success based on hard work and a little luck. Once you get here though, it is no secret how many sales people will talk to one another about making the mistake of joining this place even if the money is a little better. No amount of money is worth the constant fear put in to the sales force and being publicly embarrassed in sales meetings and talked to by senior management as a means to motivate us???? If you want to make some more $$ on a temporary basis I guess you might find joining this sinking ship worth while. But I would seriously think long and hard before doing so.

PS - has anyone mentioned sales reports or discussed the lack thereof and why??? Scary!!!!
 






Is ALXN actually hiring at this point? The same positions are always listed on their web site and have been for a while now. Seems like they would have gotten the East and West Regionals hired by now. And now new positions such as MSLs are posted. Anyone know the real story?
 






Company is hoping to be acquired. Positions have been opened for 6-12 months. Many went through trouble of interviewing and no decision to hire. That is the current situation.
 
















































I can't wait to hear about the X-FACTOR.....The X-RATED late night meetings in Cheshire (& Other sites around the GLOBE) where senior management works HARD on each other. Alexion takes the analogy "WORK HARD, PLAY HARD" to a whole new level!!!!
