Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have deep respect for the hard work you do and have done, day in day out, year in year out. I have felt the sting of disrespect, as you have, from time to time from your executives. I have scratched my head as your leaders moved further and further away from the core tenets that we laid when we founded your organization. Your efforts have made all of us alumni proud as you have grown wildly since I recruited our first three Hempaths. Our niche certainly has morphed over the years and we now stand on a landscape that requires tremendous focus and effort to gain market share. It is this common bond that leads me to extend an offer to each of you, when you feel it is time to move on from your organization. I know you have heard a lot of boogey man stories about me. Here is the truth, we will respect you every day of our working relationship. We will pay you attractive commissions and support your growth needs every legal way possible. We will not buy an airplane at the expense of infrastructure. We will not cut your expenses, hold them for 40 days nor engage in other passive aggressive attacks on you. We will meet you in the trenches everyday and not waste your time with spreadsheets, conference calls and meaningless dog and pony meetings. Your ideas will be heard and implemented where possible. Our growth in the last two years has been strong, allowing us to pay signing bonuses in many cases. Many of you would get double bonuses as you collect your $25,000 payout Friday night. Finally, I wish you well and hope to hear from you.
