Perry, you need to do something with the OBU, quickly. This place is a mess. KK is such a control freak that it makes the position unacceptable, unenjoyable and a stress. She is almost single-handedly ruining your launch. I speak to many people and they are all scared to say anything for fear that KK will pounce on them. It's way too easy to get on her bad side. This is not how a progressive, must-come-out-of-the-gate-winning product/organization should feel. Sales PEOPLE are what keep the lights on. You know that. There is no real joii here, this place is dysfunctional. Continue on this path and you will destroy your hopes of a successful franchise. The med is awesome. There are some good reps who care, but their #'s are dwindling. Morale is low. No one in corporate is listening to the real challenges and issues, or your turning a blind eye. The neuro idea? Where the hell did that come from? This is not the fix needed. ParX is not the fix needed. You need to lead, Perry. If you are relying on KK to provide intel and useful info to you, you're done, as its biased, too narrow minded and not accurate to what is really going on.

I have no axe to grind, just watching, and experiencing an ongoing, over-reacting shit-show.

I wish there was a better forum to get helpful ideas to you, but I'm too afraid to speak my mind to my ZD, no less KK, for fear of reprisal.

I'd appreciate it if no one wrote a damn thing after this post. Let it stand out on its own. I think it says it all.

If the Salesforce put together our Q1 bonuses together and gave it to you would you quit and take kathy and Kevin with you... you already are stealing bonus money we earn with your crazy goals. Hows it feel to be the most villified, loathed person in all pharma? Not only do you lack any integrity but you are also credited with making the worst hire ever... KK!
 






Perry IS the problem, not Kathy. Not only did he bring her here but he rigged the interview process when she did so poorly and the panel unanimously voted against her being hired. He originally wanted to bring her in to run marketing without her ever having a marketing job in the past. Thats the arrogance that this douche' has.

Kathy is not going anywhere. Perry has had to answer to her shenanigans MANY times in multiple companies and its always the same old tune with her. They are both sociopaths who have an alternative agenda and don't give a shit what the "top of the pyramid" thinks. They sold their souls years ago. Rumor is she is "connected in more ways than one" to someone and they keep her employed to keep her mouth shut.

You are right about one thing though, speak up and you WILL face reprisal. She broke compliance regs and directed people to push ethics and when they spoke out to HR they were forced out of the company in some charade process about evolving job requirements. A total sham and they paid out big bucks to move the ethical, loyal people out.

Your best bet is to leave because you are stuck with her and its fucking pathetic.
 






Better yet Perry, how about WE "the sales force" also share holders initiate a change.org petition to the Board of Directors for a change in leadership.

I know hundreds of reps that would sign it if it were anonymous but it wouldn't be... count me out on that one but I wish everyone luck with it... I can't stand any of them. The decisions they make are unbelievable.
