Exactly this is ridiculous. I can't believe I even read this garbage but I will and just tell my office I was responding to a on call call so I get paid for my time

Can offices operate without sales reps? Yes

Can they operate without a cm? Yes. They are usually gone anyway.

Can they operate without an Hcs? Yes. Most locations do not even employ one.

Can they operate without a csr? Yes. Send calls to a call center.

Can they operate without a service rep? Absolutely not. When the service rep takes vacation all hell breaks loose and the business falls apart.

Get rid of the loose fat and non essential staff. Starting with the lazy managers.
