When is the SEC going to investigate this Board of Directors for overpaying themselves and not delivering. This includes some that left during the decline. Lou and John and the rest (especially the sneaky lawyer who is another big LIAR) helped drive the stock down and then gone options and HUGE salaries and retention bonuses and now we have to suffer due to their mismanagement.

Why is their incompetience rewarded????

They should go to jail.
