Only 1 Recruiter at Sun??

Is it true there is only one actual recruiter for the entire company? There are so many openings in US alone and I couldn’t believe it when I was told that’s why process is so slow because only one person.

Yes, there is one main recruiter. I was told if you get referred by current employee that person doesn’t even get a referral bonus. Never heard of that! So cheap! One recruiter and employees don’t get referral bonus?? Red flag #642!
Posted biologic slots are mostly being filled internally and hand picked by new ASDs and all 3 MALE ASDs are picking their favorites, mostly men. If you are a tough hard working female, forget it. They only want ass kissing submissive people.

no referral $.
But think about it, there’s more people who have left than there are here now. So not too many would actually recommend Sun bc they’ve already left.

I think 11 TM openings alone, 5-6 RSMs, another FRM opening and this is just the Tildra team. Yes I’d be worried coming to Sun. Heck I’m surprised company hasn’t offered a referral contest to generate people soliciting recruits at this point. It’s so depressing.
 


















One recruiter. Has been 8 RSM openings (almost half the entire RSM force), and 20 + TM openings in the last 2-3 months (20-25% of the entire sales force). Just one thing needs to be said.

It’s bad. And what’s going to be worse is how people are going to revolt when they hear pay range is HIGHER than what original range was given back late 2017, Jan 2018. Paying even more to get people to join and they can’t keep people they have. When certain TMs find out they are f’d on salary again I think more resignations to come because people have had it. Fireworks you hear tonight are nothing compared to the BOOM that’s about to happen.
 






Biologics Salary range is higher now and no it’s not because job seeker has more years, experience, etc. Thanks for another slap in the face.
Pay people more to join a company where everyone has left or leaving. Be loyal to those you have now.
 


















Pharma reps are a joke! Complain about their job and whine all day... barely work yet are given salaries of 120k-160k. Most Americans would kill for that pay and work much harder for half the pay. Do your job, be thankful and know that if you don’t like it, look elsewhere
