Interviewing for position, was sent online assessment. Was told it took 30 minutes to complete and wise to have a calculator nearby. Has anyone taken this and what's it like?
 






It's brutal. Not questioning your intelligence or the batteries in your nearby calculator, but I'd you finish that thing in 30 minutes you should be looking elsewhere for a job. You're way to smart for a job in pharma.
 












I wasn't being a smart ass. The test is brutal. The first 20-30 questions are easy, personal assessment stuff. 30-70 or so are some of the most convoluted word problems that will drive you bonkers. The final 30 or so questions are role playing questions where they ask for the bet and worst answers.

I'm sorry you felt my post wash being a smart ass. I read and re-read it and still don't see where your issue is. This is an online forum, maybe you should lighten up a little.
 












Just fill out the self assessment as if you have no life and will do nothing but eat, sleep, and breathe Shire. If you are trying for a management position answer like you look forward to making your reps life miserable (like GAW) and you will push the compliance issue in order to get your reps to sell.
