One year anniversary of field Layoffs at Indivior

It is time to remember many of our colleagues who were let go a year ago.

Some hit the lottery-- Pioneer bonus, big severance package, and new job right away at a much higher base so they could double - dip.

Others, laid off after being hired by Indivior just a few weeks earlier - no severance to speak of,
and other long term employees that still have no job a year later and didn't get a Pioneer bonus.

Please, let us not work this Thursday and Friday as a way to honor them and the old Indivior that will never come back!

Thank you for thinking of those who were let go last January. For most us us it been a blessing. For me I found a job rather quickly. Financially could not have worked out better. The respect I have now is so much better. I regret that the organization has evolved to what it is today. It’s nothing like when I started many years ago when we believed we were making a difference. financially it was the best year ever. I also am getting a year end bonus for this past year.

I also got cut but ended up with a new position that increased my base salary by $34,000 and I now have an uncapped bonus plan.

So, I was initially sad but super happy now that I am at another company. My financial advisor said I can move up my retirement date by 3 years if my new financial projections stay true. Which is pretty cool too!
 








































































People will continue to leave as fast as they can regardless of rankings. It makes no sense why management is not working to retain people. Most of the managers are worthless anyway.
 












The car guy JB sent a lengthy email last week to advise letting the car run for a few minutes before driving? Is this his purpose? Yeah we all want to treat the crappy equinox like it's a cherished Rolls Royce. Is he high or something?
