I welcome the new addition to the Amgen money machine. I'm all for it, and very thankful to have them share the wealth on a regular and dependable schedule. It certainly beats a stock that goes nowhere.
Next Thursday (9-8-11), will be the first stock dividend in Amgen's history. The yearly dividend is $1.12 which makes next week's payment for the last 1/4, 28 cents a share.
