ZOll lifevest is nothing more than a bunch of wannabe medical device people all the way from upper leadership all the way down to the TM level. Its reject and loser central. everyone that works here are the same people that in high school tried to sit at the cool table at lunch but just weren't quite there but wanted to be so badly but just couldn't make the cut to be included. you can pretend your at the cool table with Medtronic, St.Jude Medical, etc, all you want, but deep down you know your just a wanna be.

I have worked at Zoll for 3.5 years and made 250K last year without much effort. How can you tards complain about this job?? Linder is the same as any leader from the CRM world. All ruthless winners. Go back to Pharma little boy, mans world here at Zoll!

Okay Marshall,great job getting on Café Pharma and responding to a post and mentioning your own name.first of all you are far from a ruthless leader, secondly Zoll is in no way shape or form even close to a CRM company, and thirdly this place is the furthest thing from a man's world! Posts like this just demonstrate how embarrassingly shitty this company is, when your upper leadership posts on Café Pharma.

Serious outright lie! This is either Marshall or a manager troll. This is the biggest issue I have is the constant lies about everything. The lies from the recruiters and managers to get you on board, then the lies about your geography, accounts and compensation and lastly the lies to cover up why you didn't get revenue for the sale you made, which means..yes not money. Lies lies lies and more lies.

So my one sentence that completely describes my experience , " A company and management team that keep telling me lies to get me here and keep working here". I will NOT be staying here. I'm finding my exit strategy.

Marshall a Ruthless winner? Yeah ok, marshell is a ruthless LOSER who thinks he leads a credible device company, he is a wanna be loser, just like he was in high school all the way till now. Zoll lifevest is a piece of equipment that is not in guidelines still after 12 years, has no data, a failing current study, patients hate it, and everything is built on lies. Spend some time in lab with Medtronic or St Jude and you'll truly see what a REAL device company involves, and how excellent and NEEDED their products are! This is why the turnover is what it s at Zoll, thats what happens when everything is built on lies. Wake the fuck up people.

Totally agree. I can't believe that a law suit hasn't been filed yet for the game of connect the dots. Company teaches using studies that have nothing to do with LV to sell the risk and the solution of LV. You're right there really is not data to support this product and the way that the company plays connect the dots is misleading and should be considered off label as the product wash;t even used in the majority of the studies. Government would get a lot of money back. I hear whistleblower suit!

Lol. I don't think Marshall is making any decisions in his new role. News travels pretty slow amongst you morons. Problem is our new leader is just as bad. Kinda like replacing hitler with Goering.

Interviewing your way it is a tough one. Trying to explain the comp plan, rankings, etc...
It can be done with success
I left 5 years ago and am killing it at a real company
As a former top 5 performer I was making 2-2.5k and I am currently well above that with no call or holiday bullshit. Or ridealongs. Or tracking sheets.
And I look forward to the sales meetings (seriously)
I always tell my colleagues how strange it is to actually like the management team.
Having ridden with RP and JW back in the day all I can say is run from these people.
