One Screw up After Another! And Another! And Another!

I as well as many of my teammates have had all we can take. With the latest
announcement that we will not have the powered endo Gia this year, and a fucked up duet recall, I have had a gut full of this company's inept management. The last two years have been brutal. The current leaders are no better than the last. Where is our adjustment for power to our quota since we will not have the powered endo Gia. Lori promised there would be one if it did not launch. Well??? Where is the adjustment for the recalled Duet? We were promised a quick resolve 2 mos ago? I personally have had close to $300k returned and nothing reordered as all accounts already had tristaple. Where is the adjustment? Well??? Let me guess, there won't be one. Precisely why so many have sharpened the resume and are testing the market. I know I am. I have a couple of interviews scheduled and the right offer I will be gone. It is sad that so many are looking but I can guarantee that Lori, Brian and Berry aren't hurting financially like so many in the field. When will this place ever get its crap together? One thing for sure, not with this current group of leaders.

Because it's so damn easy to fix a stapler due to a recall or release the powered gia. you don't just get a product because you bitch about it. how about we fix it so you don't have to deal with this again. is that ok? Exactly! Look dipshits! What do you not understand about sales? We are given a quota based on what is available or what they expect to be available to sell. We can't sell and meet the quota on a powered product that is unavailable!!! The problem is that this f'ing company does not make real adjustments to miss forecast launches. We were promised the new stapler last year. Where is it? And don't forget about the duet recall! Where is the adjustment for the returns and lost sales? Most think that the liars in Colorado will screw us once again and we will get no credit here. Also, many are and have left. Home offices answer is to replace the tenure with cheap youngsters with no real sales experience.


Just goes to show you what n haven can do with a highly mechanical device......nothing. r&d should go back to duracell & black & decker where they belong, but we just want to do it right.....blah, blah, blah......what cov doesn't understand is doing both....correct and in a timely fashion....duh

Why should you have to keep fixing it? Why didn't you design and manufacture this to work right from the start? You wonder why the salesforce bitches? It's because after years of speculating and waiting for this or any product, when it comes out, it fails. And the onus isn't on you in the OR with a patient on the table, it's us. We're the ones who have to talk to the surgeons (as we're getting screamed at), get bitched at by the OR director and then get blasted by Materials. Where are you? You're sitting back in North Haven wondering why on earth the salesforce would even think to be pissed.

This company is paralyzed with the "I cant's". You will wonder one day why this thing doesn't meet it's # anymore. It will be baca use it has done nothing to take care of the little things that are important to customers and it's sales force. Unless there are drastic changes, failure is eminent!

LOL! You're obviously one of the MANY Covidien RM's that has a comfortable base salary and hasn't hit your number year, after year, after year. You don't care about quota or credits because you can continue to not hit your number with no consequence. Where's your accountability?
