Great optics and great message to workers. Bonuses at this company are never tied to performance. This is a slap in the face.
It's why people leave.The US Grew more than any other country with the largest market in the world, yet those who sold everything in the US didn’t make the money in bonuses. There is not pay for performance here as we perform and others get paid. How are internal employees getting 135% bonuses? Did anyone in the field get 135% bonus? There is a big disconnect between what the sales force is making and what Novartis is making and profits .
