So let me get this straight.... As a TL I am supposed to "gain access" for all rep types by getting their products in the hospital? Let me be the first to say that this strategy will blow up in the face of kipper and other idiots that think this will work. It is hard to get new products in a hospital for one individual and now I have to be the face of all Ethicon reps? No offense but if it comes down to something that I will make money on or some GYN product I can tell you how that conversation will go down with materials management.

If you are unable to perform your job as directed Kip can easily replace you with a 21 year old just out of college who has never worked a day in his life. Got it?
