what bafoon picked 1 billion out of their butt ? Don't worry the stock holders will see a ROI as the number crunchers make sure have the CV sales force comes in shy of hitting their goals. I guess it is not illegal for NOVARTIS to screw w/ goal attainment by manipulating the numbers, so the stick price doesn't dip. They have it all figured out. How many of us started out last trimester at over 100% but just happened to drop into a lower payout bracket. Let's spend another 50 million on direct to consumer advertising as the beat goes on...and tomorrow tomorrow, such insanity on a totally meaningless message. Interview some actual patients & air that. Such Bullshit, such high standards of values and behaviors, think again.

every time we have a meeting or a manager comes to work with us they keep cracking the whip saying 1 billion in 2019, and raising our quota, they shift from week to week not down but up. Who the hell does something like that !

yes indeed we were supposed to have another indication for next year that fell through the cracks, or maybe the people setting these goals are on crack that's how it is working for this division what they say doesn't even make any sense at all.
