The corporate monkeys know it won't happen. This is a tactic to dangle a big carrot to get more out of the reps. These people don't believe or even understand that a pandemic is still active in most of the country with providers working from home and limited access. They aren't capable of accepting that fact. They hope/think that reps are lying about this situation when they aren't. No amount of money offered is going to increase the access until this pandemic subsides, and even then many will stay working remotely. Society was changed by this virus. Everyone would love to hit a billion. Not going to happen though.
 












Haters gonna hate but the NP division is the place to be at Teva. Ignore the naysayers, no company is perfect but the growth trajectory of Austedo is impressive, stretch goal of 1 billion in year 4 when they thought it would have peak sales of 200m. Many patients haven't even been identified by our customers. If you have psych experience, this is one of the better psych jobs out there, especially considering you're not climbing over partners in these single person territories. Sure, there are some sh#tty managers but that's every company. The ones I know are all pretty decent people. Just MHO.
 






Teva NeuroPsych is definitely the division that has the most upside and widely respected within the Psych side of the industry, Teva Neuroscience division on the other hand might not be around much after this year and is competing in a very highly competitive and overcrowded migraine space.
