Oncology - What about this?

BMS announced recently that they will give all oncology reps an increase in base pay of $5K!
Sounds like BMS is making up for their 2 years of low merit pay, reported good profits and inflation.......

Will Novartis follow this trend (recent record profits)?

NOVARTIS???!!! WILL REPORT RECORD EARNING AND THEN LAYOFF THOUSANDS AND TELLL REPS THAT THERE IS NO MONEY FOR MERIT PAY INCREASE THEN THE CEO GIVES HIMSELF AN EXTRA $20 million.

Novartis doesn't ever do what is best for the reps that bring in the money, if they can cut you to increase the bottom line they will and don't care about the reps anymore!!!!

Our profits do not translate to merit increases...even if you were a 3/3 or 2/3 last year, the merit increase was about 2%...if you were lucky!

Yes they do....CEO, the top folks in Basel and VP's got huge bonuses and pay raises (of course they just raise drug prices too!)

Remember this is the company that developed LSD and top management must take it daily.
They treat the field force like shit...any time a company tells you over and over it's the
place to be, is fucked up....just like the management.
