Can someone please let me know what the ballpark salary and bonus is for the Oncology Supportive Care role?

Most of the existing reps are from when DSI had cardio products and they were paid primary care wages. They are all over the board depending on tenure and performance. They might bring you in around $100,00k. Afar cry from the Oncology reps that are earning at least $160,000.

If you have oncology or buy and bill you could negotiate $125-130k tops. Plus bonus which is $40-50k if you perform

wow thank you. i’m surprised i received two friendly responses. I have buy and bill experience but no oncology experience so weighing out my odds at the moment.

Not sure. Never got a call. Wasn’t expecting much of a response with no oncology experience. I’m a top rep in speciality so i thought i would give it. a shot

it’s not a stepping stone, it creates an extremely awkward situation at best. Yes I was an oncology rep. No, it wasn’t an oncology product. No, I didn’t sell to oncologists either. Well, some cancer patients used it though!! It’s an iron infusion man, oncology companies would rather you sold any biologic for any specialty at all.. at least that shows you have some clinical selling ability.
