What’s with this division? I applied for a position a month ago and it’s still states Novartis is considering me yet they repost the position? What a crappy experience so far with Novartis! I have almost 3 years of experience in Oncology!

This expansion is a mess. Small territories are a mess and nobody cares. Take it as a sign.

Which position did you apply for? There were several and most new hires start Monday.

Many referrals didn’t get the courtesy of a phone call from a recruiter, many internal didn’t get a chance. Consider yourself lucky, the wizard behind the curtain and zs should be slapped.

Primary care or not, you’re not special because the lunches you order are for practitioners who spent more time in residency.

That answer is why this division isn’t special one tiny bit. People run away from nit picky micromanaging BS.

Great - have we returned to in person training? I know of one other company that’s doing training in person. The rest are still virtual

In person is fine, 6 days away is insanity. Flying in Sunday to east coast and then not leaving until Friday night? What a culture we’re building.

When you drop an important group of people who manage our accounts like a hot potato and are arrogant enough to not be able to admit you can’t pick up the pieces fast enough, you may have been Brattied.
