Oncology position-car, salary, bonus

Yes, I have read posts about this, but they are older. I am looking into a position with Novartis Oncology.
Car- is a Malibu the only option or can you pay to get something better/any options?
Salary range -what’s base range
What’s bonus range

Car is standard Malibu or fusion hybrid. You can pay for an upgrade- usually an equinox.

It’s a pretty wide salary range- anywhere from 120-180 depending on experience. Target bonus is around 40k
