Attended culture meeting. Litton seems sensible but saying all the right things. Fear was the most common word. Legal/OEC run the company. AEs are afraid. Be fired anytime by OEC. Don’t feel supported by leadership. IC is a joke. Same pay as there lowest sales rep. SPIIF is a joke. No payout.

One day meeting. Bill lead with call metrics. We just finished Q1 at best qouota attainment ever but no mention of Summit leaders. Bad message. All about Bill “defending” us to leadership. And making fun of his Genentech leader and sales force. Nice co-promotion. Not. Mister Primary Care...

OEC cant fire you. They only implement guidance on handling any investigations or review findings and recommendations with management. They report to CECO for all internal investigations. I heard that Moody guy from Pharmacyclics was booted in march from OEC. ONC is a bad place to be at Abbvie these days
