Take the breast session. The gcphs who presented were all fmgs who couldn't communicate for jack and couldn't answer questions. They looked stupid and made novartis look very bad. these key ols were unimpressed and riva and herve were humiliated. Even riva didn't help. the pi3k chick was awful. It could have been an episode of the office.

Development needs some qualified US-trained docs if they are going to be successful. The constant hiring of fmgs from aventis has led too much inbreeding. The presenters in breast looked like r*****s.

We looked pretty stupid with the non English speaking goons. The KOLs were upset and thought we did not know what we were doing. Joke on them with bolero positvie

The breast session was the worst. The kols were so open calling Pab's MDs stupid and their studies putting clinical development back "TWENTY YEARS"

Major reorgging needed. HR needs to fix OGD
 






This is just one big expensive marketing meeting disguised as an ad board. Do developmentm ad boards have marketing sitting at the table? Do develpment adboards have illiterate foreign docs muttering and making the company look stupid?
