Are you talking about the "so called" former "L" that is now married to the Leprechaun. She should ask her daddy in law if its a federal offense to capitalize on by position or monetary gain by faking a Phd. Is there a thesis or dissertation out there with her name on it?
It takes at least 5 years to get a Phd with a Masters degree.

She dropped out of the program, no phd.
But she did successfully claim bone marrows being sent to quest as her own when we had the cross selling initiative. Now that's really fraud, unless your manager is in on it with you
