Whats the story here? Maybe that these elite reps dont like being called a piece of machinery (a cog is like a sproket) lol under someone who considers oncology the same same as specialty. I gather if you despise real achievement and only know primary care then this is your direction. Numbers sure will look pretty with all this high powered motivation from the top!!
