How is this division to work in? Specifically, the MSL roles?

Land mines everywhere - can't please everybody - sales force considers you a pest and a waste of oxygen. Lots of political animals within - challenging...frustrating. Many little fiefdoms and cliques.

You get away with a lot of office time - if you call it that - budgets get ripped all the time - get used to it. Great job if you understand all the reps find you useless, all of them ARE useless to you - lots of reports to justify inactivity....yawn..

that is correct - for all the bitch'n, pharma field jobs are cush...plenty of time to pursue other interests or hobbies and still take care of business
