What happened yesterday? Some districts had conference calls, while others did not. There were so many unconfirmed rumors about job loss, while others tried to sound optimistic. I have always erred on the side of being cautiously optimistic, but after what happened yesterday I have concluded that one of two things is happening.

Either the chaos created was deliberate - with the incredibly uncoordinated "attack" on the morale of the sales force psyche - in order to "shake the tree" to create attrition one final time before notifying affected individuals...

or

Lilly Oncology management is so inept and lacking leadership and trust within the DM management team, that someone should "clean house" within management and start over again.

If yesterday was deliberate - then shame on you management.

Clean house for the entire division is what is needed and well known. Reps, managers, directors- big shake up coming. And if you are honest with yourself you know its needed.
 












Any new information on the Oncology dismemberment? I know DM's are going to Indy this week for a "review", and then back to Indy next week to learn our fates...

Do we know any more than this?
