Oncology/Calling on OGBYN's a good place to be?

Currently evaluating a change in my career- a recruiter has reached out regarding a position in biotech- calling on ogbyn's (under the oncology umbrella of company's product portfolio)

I have b2b and ~2 years device success but only making just over 100k with current position (on par with comp plan). This comp plan looks like ~80k base and ~140k at plan (which a rep i know at the company has confirmed).

My question is more so on this "space" and if this is a good place to be. I am not very familiar with oncology or ogbyn's, so any insight on those specific would be much appreciated. I'm a young rep in my mid 20's, so just looking to move in the right direction for my career. Thanks everybody!
