What am I taking out of context exactly? A rep was recognized with an award for posing as a Door Dash delivery driver in order to gain access to an account that was restricted due to Covid. Fortunately for him the account wasn't mad. It could've easily gone the other way and he could've been banned from the account. That kind of behavior isn't consistent with the Core Values the company preaches.
Yes, we absolutely all need to be doing our best to take care of our accounts, patients and doing the best job we can during this time. That shouldn't mean using deception and violating an account's restrictions during a pandemic. Just one person's opinion.
