If you are remotely considering going to Ipsen, call someone who has left. People are gone either due to being quietly fired, or because the company is about as toxic as toxic gets and they took any opportunity. There are many people as you can see from all of the vacancies.
Anyone left at the company is trying to get out.
Horrible culture, unqualified leadership, no pipeline, no growth opportunities, dated products, poor acquisition of a weak product, zero or minimal IC payouts, incorrect sales data, and the list goes on.
 










































‘Expansion’?
The entire salesforce quitting or getting quietly fired does not equal an ‘expansion’. Not sure why that is being advertised as such to get new hires to come in.
 






Or why they give Executive level to anyone who’s not a new hire with nothing to substantiate it. Just act like you care at national meetings and you’ll get promoted like them. No other work required!
Or be one of SL’s puppets. Or both.
 






























IC should be completely gutted and restarted. Corporate should be required to show where they come % to IC budget so you can see how their forecasts align to reality. This is the only place where you can be at 95% on an aggressive goal and get paid 85% for your efforts.
