1) eliminate layer of mgmt
2) re-create new layer of mgmt that was just eliminated
3) consolidate employees
4) purge head count
5) outsource

That my friend is how us super stars roll, until it back fires on us and it will.

I think that you are the confused one sonny. Who care's about IT unless you are in IT. I don't know why you would think we would care about it since the majority of people posting here are from sales. Sorry if that confused the hell out of you but then again you must be IT. I am in sales and it pains me to hear that more IT positions have been eliminated. Every account that I touch has to be interfaced, have a demographics bridge, Care360, ect. Then the interface has to be supported and so on. I'd like to live in your world where apparently IT resources are unnecessary.

You should call the Dr Laura show or Alex Jones to discuss your issues. Have a good cry and get it all out. Just do it elsewhere and stay off this board.
