ok we have a few in mgt that need to go still, but where to then? no direction, no commitment just more top down tap dancing - mgt to the reps, reps to the clients, clients to the patients. fuck when will mgt hunker donw and establish a game plan with attianable goals that will change morale, engagement and drive business.

The old culture is long gone..replaced by scorecards and speadsheets..employees just wanna do their jobs..management under GK will NOT allow that...people running out the door so quick, the doors were dlayed!!!

They can't establish a game plan - they don't know what they are doing in this space. None of them have any experience in this business. Look at GK & FB's background - it's not here, and it shows. FB's is in M&A. That's the only way he, and Tokyo, know how to grow is thru acquisition. Don't expect things to ever be settled - M&A growth creates a constant culture war. And be very clear about this: Japan does not give a flying fuck about you or any other American employee. That is not why they are here.
