Abbott Animal Health must post the openings because of diversity hiring issues, but that is about all they have to do. If Chris Genal has got a winner then it is a slam dunk.

Word out on the street is that Chris has asked all of his RMs to stack rank their whole team from most talented to least - Top to bottom. Then the Spring initiative will be to manage out the bottom 20% from each team before Summer kicks off. That should place an immediate 16 head count open for replacement.

Better get off your asses this week and go sell something...How close our you to meeting your Sevo numbers? Get those fence sitters to finally say "yes" and it might save your job.
 






If they fire reps, they will have to spend more time doing the circus act that we call interviews, and then wait a few months to train and get them up & running. How ever will we hit these, oh so, unattainable Sevo goals?

Come on, RMs! We know you're on here...can you confirm this?
