Everyone from Doug/Brian on down has openly acknowledged Novo culture is has been going down the toilet. West Area AVP mentions something about culture on every single call (and there a lot of calls). They have developed "Culture Committees" and everyone does a lot of talking. I think leadership believes that if they keep saying out loud to us, "Our culture is improving everyday," or "outside of a few areas, NNI has one of the best cultures out there", we will start believing them although nothing will have changed. Why won't it change, because all it ever is, is talking
For the sake of this thread (and rant), I won't even begin to address the culture around equality, equity, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation and so forth. I'll save that one for later. The culture I am referring to here, is outside of those or should I say, in addition to those. The culture I am referring to is part of the culture that NNI had been leader in, the envy of other reps, and companies. We no longer get the looks of admiration from our peers in the field.
So Brian, here's the short version (my attempt at keeping it simple for you):
1. Cars - our cars suck. You are penny pinching where you shouldn't be
2. Pay - we were the leader, not anymore. This has been acknowledged by leadership but of course, no mention of any sort of solution, resolution, plan. Just plain old acknowledgement - big deal. Maybe after the mass exodus in May?
3. IC - stop manipulating it. How many reps nationally made 100% attainment POA1a?
4. No respect of our time: Way too many calls (they have become less, so thanks for that). But how about the sample fire drills - how much time have we spent because someone rolled out something so massive/important, yet they were completely incompetent to understand the complexity of what they were doing?
I'm sure I can think of more, but it's finally my turn to see the providers here.
