OHIO-Insulted by leadership again!

It is just plain offensive in this state. At our recent managers meeting, our fearless leader seemed a little humiliated that none of the RBD's were being downsized. She actually said that "I know there are still too many of us, change will come in the future." Amazing! Nothing surprises me from leadership anymore. By the way, I am a DBM that is not in alignment with the current thinking!

Until we get this right, there will forever be "just another 15-20%" cuts. The RBD position is little more than what the DBM (then called DM) position was like when I started in Labs in 1995. That we have so many (making over $200,000!!!) is a travesty.

Too bad for them, because when many RBD DO lose their jobs next year, they are sunk. 20 years of pharmaceutical rep-->DM-->RBD on the resume will doom them. Their days of making more than $130,000 are soon to be over.

Yes, I too was at the meeting. Pathetic.

Ohio? Who in their right mind would live in that miserable hell-hole?

I mean seriously, it might be a little better than Michigan, but it's cold, dirty, and full of fat chicks. I know, I know, that pretty much sums up most of the NE and Midwest....
